Club Website Disclaimer:

You acknowledge that that any transaction made via this Club Shop is between you and the club. You hereby indemnify and hold harmless Club Website Ltd against all costs, losses damages and liabilities whatsoever arising out of or relating to any transactions made via this website.

Club Terms and Conditions:

1. Delivery.

Please allow 21 days for delivery. Should there be a cause for delay we will contact you to give you an indication of the likely delivery. We despatch our orders by Royal Mail First Class Post.  Due to fraudulent use of credit cards we will only despatch goods to the card holder's address.  No other address will be accepted. Postage & Packing costs will be shown along with the product purchase price in the Online Shop. 

2. Consumer Protection

(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. These regulations entitle all customers to a 7 day approval period in which a customer can cancel and return their order except for those goods having customised print, numbers or badges applied. Any returned goods must be in the same state and condition as when purchased.

3. Conditions of Sale.

Any goods that are not required should be returned in their original condition within 7 days and we will refund you the cost of the goods in full except for goods which have had customised print, numbers or badges applied.
All prices are cash prices inclusive of the current VAT rate when applicable.   Culcheth Athletic Football Club reserves the right to accept in part or in full, or decline any order placed in respect of the Online Shop. 
Payment is only accepted via a current valid Paypal Account or via a credit/debit card after Registering with Paypal.
Orders can only be processed via the Culcheth Athletic Football Club website Online Shop.  Junior Size clothing is free of VAT

4. Prices.

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5. Product Descriptions

The desriptions of products in the Online Shop are as accurate as possible and photographic reproduction is representative of the actual products. We cannot accept responsibility for minor variances.

6. Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
