NOTICE BOARD
Player Feedback required (08/01/2008)

The Club Committee, Team Managers and Coaches meet every month to discuss various aspects regarding how our Football Club is being run.
We review issues about the League, our Finances, Kit & Equipment,
Disciplinary issues, Training, Pitch allocations, Coaching Qualifications of Managers and Coaches, First Aid Courses, Fund raising, CRB security checks, Child Protection, new Football pitch facilities etc. etc.

The Club would like to start hearing more about what our team players think about the Club. We make lots of decisions on behalf of our teams and the players. It is vital that we understand more about the views of these team players.

The Club would like players of all age groups to Post their comments in the 'GUESTBOOK' pages. Please tell us what you are not happy with. Tell us what you would like to change. Tell us what things would make playing football at CAJFC more enjoyable. We will constantly review the Guestbook pages and your feedback, and we will endeavour to act on your comments.

Please also tell us what works well, what you enjoy, and what makes you happy playing football for CAJFC.

If you Post Feedback in the Guestbook pages, it would help if you typed'CLUB FEEDBACK' in the Subject line.

When using the Guestbook for posting Feedback, please follow the same guidelines as posted on the Guestbook CAJFC main page, regarding your discipline, conduct, language etc.

FA Soccer Parent Online Course (15/11/2007)

I would like all of our Parents, supporters and spectators to appreciate what the FA and our Club would expect from them in terms of behaviour when supporting Junior Football.
There is an excellent Online Course that only takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete that raises awareness of some key issues.
When completed, you can print off your own 'Certficate' to signify you have completed the Course !!!

Please go to the Club Page 'Useful Links' to access the FA website to take the Course

Many thanks.

Player Match Rating Scores (30/10/2007)

I have had some questions regarding the Player Rating Scores so here is how I allocate the ratings after each game:

No player will normally get a Score below 6 unless they have had a nightmare game and extremely poor effort.

A player who has not been involved too much in the game and/or has shown a lower than expected effort could expect to Score 6.

A player who has had an average game with average effort could expect to Score 7.

A player who has had a good game and shown good effort could expect to Score 8.

A player who has had an excellent game and shown excellent effort could expect to Score 9.

The Player of the Match will always receive the maximum Score of 10 as this reflects his outstanding overall major contribution to the game.

The above Scoring of 10 for Player of the Match has been retrospectively applied to all League games so far played.

Please note that the Scores I allocate after each game are based on my personal assessment of how I think each player has played on the day in the match. IT IS NOT MY ASSESSMENT OF HOW I RATE YOU AS A PLAYER OVERALL.

If you go to the 'Match Reports' page you can see your individual Scores for each match. If you go to the 'The Squad' page, you will see your overall Average Score for all the Matches you have played.

New Sponsored Jackets (23/09/2007)

I am sure we would all like to say a big 'thankyou' to our Sponsor 'Rutronik Europe' for the excellent quality Jackets that we have all received today.
Would you all please ensure that you have marked the inside of your Jackets with your names please so we don't get them mixed up at our next match.
I would like all players to turn up to our Leageue (or Cup) Matches wearing our Jackets please.
