The Under 10 Team ended their first season back in Division 1 with a respectable 6 th Place. In the Challenge Cup the team went to the Quarterfinals, where they lost to Caddishead on penalty shoot out.
Season 2007/2008 (23/09/09)
In the first11-a-side season the Under 11 Team became 5th. See table in Team Document.
Season 2008/2009 (23/09/09)
A stronger Under 12 team managed a 4 th place continuing to improve each season. In the Challenge Cup the Quarterfinals were again the end of the campaign with a defeat against Lymm Piranas by the slimest possible margin. See Team Document for table.
Would moving kids' football to a summer game help improve the development of young footballers?
Yes - better pitches mean a better chance to develop technique/skills
No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
Maybe - but I'd be worried about more injuries on firm pitches
